This has allowed us to learn about taste profiles and roasting traditions that we still implement today.

We primarily offer single-origin coffee, showcasing individual growing regions and providing an authentic flavour experience. Additionally, we offer selective blends for our line of espressos. The key to Moja's delicious coffee is our roasting technology, involving small batches roasted in our handmade Joper roaster, which came to us in 2012 from Porto, Portugal.
