Motherload Coffee

Motherlode Coffee was founded by two Women in Calgary, AB, Canada in 2020. We had been thinking of being Coffee Roasters for several years but if there is anything 2020 has show us, it is that life is too short and we shouldn’t wait to follow our dreams. To sum it up, we LOVE coffee! One of the things that we love the most is that each coffee bag tells a story. We can’t wait to tell you ours! The start of our Motherlode journey began in Peru as one of our founders was born and raised in Lima and had a dream of starting her own coffee business. We chose the Llama in our logo to represent her deep rooted connection to Peru. This is also the reason we focused on Peru for our first line of coffee and wanted to do what we could to support other women in Peru.
