Soul Bean Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of Ashley Tindall, whose initial foray into the coffee world began as a barista in a local café. Captivated by the sense of community that coffee could create, Ashley embarked on a comprehensive journey to understand the intricacies of coffee production. Her ambition led to the creating Soul Bean, a coffee-roasting enterprise that prioritizes transparency and ethical sourcing from farm to cup.

Our operations are rooted in close partnerships with coffee farmers in Peru, El Salvador, and Colombia. Members of the Soul Bean team visit these farms regularly to work hand-in-hand with farmers, gaining invaluable insights into the labor and love that go into every cup. Inspired by the farming communities' dedication and resilience, we're committed to creating sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships. A portion of our sales supports a women's organization in Latin America, empowering local women to start their own coffee-based enterprises.

Soul Bean is more than just a coffee roaster; it's a socially responsible brand that aims to connect people over exceptional coffee. Our vision centers on a collaborative and ethical approach to coffee production. We roast our beans in small batches to maintain quality and minimize environmental impact.
