- Add around 16 grams of coffee to the dripper
- Bloom the coffee with 40 - 60 grams of water. Gently pour the water in circles and when you reach 40/60 grams then wait for a minute before pouring more water.

- Pour 100 grams of water within the first 10 seconds, making it a total of 140/160 grams.
